When we met Emily, we showed her our old kitchen and explained what we hoped to achieve with a new kitchen. We felt that Emily immediately understood what we wanted and needed to have in our new kitchen. At our next meeting, Emily showed us a number of beautiful 3D rendered designs - showing exactly how each of the kitchen designs would look in our home. We chose our favourite design, which Emily adapted on her laptop there and then (as she talked us through it) to incorporate any additional features or adaptations as we wished. Before we spoke to Emily, we believed we would be restricted to having a very small oven, due to the shape and size of our kitchen. However, Emily immediately showed us ways we could house a larger oven, which we’re absolutely thrilled to have. Emily’s design really made the most of the space we have and accommodated all the quirky features of our home. We were so impressed with Emily’s designs and Sean and Jack’s workmanship that we also commissioned Park House Kitchens to make us another window seat in our bedroom and new wardrobes in our hall, with which we are absolutely delighted! Amazingly, the work started and finished on time and came in under budget. Communication with Park House Kitchens was fantastic! Thanks to Emily, Laura, and Sean, we always knew exactly what was happening, who was coming to our house, and what work was happening when. Emily organised everything from start to finish, scheduling electricians, plumbers, plasterers, deliveries, etc. so that everything ran smoothly, concurrently, and was stress-free for us. We recently completed our kitchen project using Park House Kitchens and are very happy with the results! The work involved some internal structural work - knocking down walls, installing steels, putting in wet underfloor heating etc. Emily helped oversee the whole process and dealt with any issues (such as unexpected asbestos removal) as they came along. Emily and her team came up with a design for the new area that has transformed the space, something we would never have contemplated on our own. She spent a lot of time to make sure we were happy with the final specification. The quality of the kitchen units and installation by Sean and the team has been very good. Emily has a great group of builders, tilers, electricians, plumbers and decorators which makes the process a real one stop shop and we even finished on schedule!
